POLICIES 

All orders placed from sakura kiss attire are in legal agreement to the following policies

Refunds/returns

Refunds are only ever issued for Pre-made items bought from www.sakurakissattire.com with the Sakura kiss returns tags still attached to the product in its original form. We can only offer a refund within 7 days of your order being delivered. We do not offer refunds on custom items at all, as custom items are made with the custom measurements sent to us and double checked before an order is sent out.

In order to obtain a refund for Pre-made item/s please email us at sakurakissattire@gmail.com . Once a return has been agreed we will send you a postage address and the order must be sent back in full (or for a partial refund for one or more products within an order those must all be sent together) at the customers expense, products must have the original product tags still attached. Once sakura Kiss Attire has received the order in full (or partial if agreed) a refund will be issued for the amount of the goods returned to us. If the item is not returned in its original Brand New condition with tags attached a refund will not be issued. If the product does not arrive back to us or is damaged during postage the refund will not be issued. The refunded amount will be for the cost of the goods at the time of purchase. Refunds are not available for shipping costs.

In order to obtain an agreed refund you must contact us within the 7 day period after your item/s have been delivered. Sakura Kiss Attire has the right to re-sell returned items at any price.

 

B-grade Pre-made items

Occasionally we will list Pre-Made products under a "B-Grade" title, these items are fully functional products that may have a slight defect which could be but is not limited to, miss stitched embroidery, limited adjustability, fabric print not fully optimised. These products will be listed at a lower price and will always have the B-grade reasoning in the listing. When a customer purchases a B-Grade item they understand this and the gear should be used and talked about online appropriately. Any negative comments regarding B-Grade items will be reasoning to fully block a customer from ordering again as it was ordered with the understanding of the defect. B-grade items are covered under our refund/ returns policy.

Shipping

Shipping is available within the uk via EVRI 48 hour tracked. Shipping is also available to the United States and Australia. UK shipping is a standard rate of £8.00, tracked no matter the size of your order. International orders must select International shipping at checkout. After order is shipped, it is within the hands of the courier. We will do our best to track lost packages. All custom/ importation fees must be paid for by the buyer.  We aim to ship parcels within 7 days of items being finished or pre-mades being purchased. This time can be dependant on the shop owners health at the time of ordering but this will always be communicated with the customer.

Any additional fees must be covered by the customer.

Damaged and lost parcels

All our parcels are shipped with EVRI or Royal Mail international and are sent with tracking. We are able to track all packages and see when they have been delivered. If on our end the package has proof of delivery we will not remake products or issue a refund. If the package is genuinely lost, we will leave it two weeks to see if the package does arrive before messaging regarding further action.

We do our outmost best to send packages safely and securely in its packaging however once a package has been sent we are no longer responsible for how it is handled during delivery and the condition of the parcel once it gets to the customer.

Liability and product strength

At sakura kiss we strive to make quality items that are both fashionable and practical. Luxury handmade collars do not have a 100% guaranty of not breaking or wearing down with use from the customer. And that goes for most items made for use on a dog. We recommend using a back up collar. We do not recommend our collars for use on dogs that pull and slip out of collars and are not responsible for any accidents that happen if this occurs. We always use strong welded D-rings and have never had a D-ring break on a customer however there is not a 100% guaranty that our collars are indestructible. Our buckles are also plastic and can wear or snap, this is not a likely occurrence but is a possibility, customers understand this when purchasing anything from our shop.

Harness handles

Sakura kiss offers three types of non-mobility handles. All our handles are designed for grounding and leading tasks and should not be used for weight bearing tasks. All Handles purchased come with the agreement they will not be misused by the customer. Sakura Kiss Attire is not responsible for the effects of miss-using a handle or any health issues that arise because of the use of our handles and harnesses.

 

The Sakura Lead handle- Our sakura lead handles are similar to a guide handle, they have a double boned core which gives the handle a strong semi rigid structure. The sakura lead handle is designed for a dog to lead a sighted handler for short periods. Examples of this are “find a chair” or “find the exit”.  No weight should be put from the handler onto the dog and the sighted handler should be able to move with the dog. The dog should not pull the handlers body, simply lead the handler with the handle as a point of contact.

 

The Sakura Ground handle- Our sakura ground handles are upright handles that sit on the back of the harnesses girth strap. They have a double boned core which gives the handle a strong semi rigid structure. The handles intended use is for grounding whilst the dog is standing/ siting in a stationary position. Our sakura ground handles can be detachable or permanently fixed on the harness. No weight should be put into our ground handles at all. Handles are to be used to ground the handler when stationary by being held and felt in the handlers hand.

 

The Sakura Hold Handle- Our sakura hold handles are commonly known as pull straps and attach to the back D-rings on a dogs harness or vest.

These handles intended use is for grounding whilst the dog is standing/ siting in a stationary position or whilst a dog is doing deep pressure therapy.

No weight should be put into our hold handles at all. Handles are to be used to ground the handler when stationary by being held and felt in the handlers hand

 

Purchasing a handle from sakura kiss attire means that if needed the item will be evaluated by their dogs vet personally before use. We do not offer refunds for items that have not cleared vet approval. All our handles have been cleared for use on our personal dog (a Labrador retriever). Customers purchasing a sakura kiss handle understand that they are buying hand-crafted bespoke dog gear and are responsibly for getting it evaluated by a vet in they need to do so.

 

 

Customs agreement

 

Custom items preface

Our custom items can be ordered by claiming a custom slot when we have opening on our Instagram page. Customs are made-to-order to fit your dog and can not be returned and are not included in our refund policy. Please read the below policies regarding wait times, order updates and adjustments.  All our custom items are made to the measurements sent in and double checked before postage.

Wait time and order chart 

Custom orders slots are offered frequently with limited slots available via our instagram page. The week after a custom slot has been claimed is when all correspondence and decisions about item/s are made. This week is the time period in which decisions must be made. Once everything has been finalised we will send you an invoice via instagram and then we will create a listing on our website with the full cost of the order. The shipping is then also paid through our website and all shipping details are stored on our online platform. Once a custom order has been agreed the customer must be able to pay via our website within 48 hours (unless agreed otherwise). If the customer is not able to pay they will be taken off our waitlist and refused custom order slots in the future.

Once all custom orders from that particular opening are paid for we will then add your order to our customs schedule and online order chart which can be viewed at any time. The order chart is a rough time frame for orders and in accordance to all of our "delays for customs" policies there may be delays on your order and the expected delivery date may be moved back.

 

Unfortunately we do not offer rush orders or the ability to decide/ change your order wait time. This is to put less stress on the business and ultimately improve wait times in the long run.

 

Updates during custom orders

We plan with all orders to keep customers up to date on how their order is progressing however we are not obliged to quickly respond to messages regarding custom orders or update the order chart every day. We aim to keep everyone up to date as needed and really appreciate customers patience. We recommend checking the order chart and looking for when it was last updated before messaging us directly.

 

Size adjustments and alterations on custom items

We recommend measuring your dog multiple times and following the video on our “how to measure” page before sending us measurements for customs. If you need any help please contact us. All our custom items are made to order and to the measurements sent to us by the customer. All items are checked over multiple times before being sent out for delivery and due to the customisable nature of customs this is why we do not accept refunds or returns.

 

If when you order arrives it does not fit how you expected it too or is too big/ too small we can make alterations. The alteration prices vary from £5-£25+ depending on what needs altering or if any parts of the item need to be remade. You can email us at sakurakissattire@gmail.com for advise on how an item can be altered to fit your dog better and then we can arrange a return and the adjustment price plus shipping can be ordered on a listing we create on our website.

 

Customs order refusal of service

Sakura Kiss has the right to refuse anyone service for reasoning including but not limited too: Harassment of shop owner/ business, this includes stalking and threats, online and in person bullying of shop owner, harassment of the shop owners family/ friends,  faking an assistance or service dog in any form, there is evidence of the customer abusing dogs or other humans, there has been miss-use of gear from a pervious order, working a dog with a known bite record as an assistance/service/therapy dog.

 

Please note: refusal of service is never based upon: age, religion, disability, veteran status, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, culture, ethnicity Ect…

 

 

Delays for customs

 

Holiday time, health breaks and rest periods

Our shop is run by a person with multiple disabilities which fluctuate day to day and week to week. By purchasing any items from sakura kiss attire the customer understands that there may be delays to communication, production and postage due to the shop owners health. We may need to take rest days and short breaks. We will always aim for these to be communicated via our social media platforms, however sakura kiss attire does not have the responsibility of messaging customers directly about disruptions regarding rest days and health breaks. All planned holidays and time off will also be communicated on our social media platforms with advanced notice. We aim to take a small amount of planned holidays spread out across the year to disrupt customs as little as possible.

 

Trades and personal items

At sakura Kiss we seclude in our time wisely and in away that allows for health breaks and rest. We work on custom orders 4 to 5 days a week, and once we have received payment for an order it will be scheduled into our planner. Working on small business trades with other shops and/or  personal items is done in our own free time and does not effect custom orders.

 

Machine malfunctions and servicing

Due to the nature of how our products are created, our machines will need regular servicing and repairs when needed. When a machine breaks it can be unpredictable and will disrupt custom orders whilst it is being repaired. This will be communicated via our social media platforms. However sakura kiss attire does not have the responsibility of messaging customers directly  about disruptions regarding machines.

College time and schedule for customs

From the end of August 2025 to June 2026 we will be finishing our last year of college studying fashion and textile design. During this period we will be taking on custom orders however all customs purchased during this time are purchased under the agreement that my college studies are a priority and that wait times will be longer than usual. Any harassment due to wait times will not be tolerated and will push back your order further on our waitlist. During this time our custom order schedule will be reevaluated and the customer will receive a message explaining this before any orders are placed

 

  

Photos and social media

We love to see customers sharing photo and videos on social media. We encourage people to Tag us in any photos they have shared on social media or send us photos via direct message or email. Under this policy we have all rights to re-share photos that we have been tagged in. Under this policy we have the right to share photos we've been sent or tagged in on our stories, main instagram feed and on our website but please contact us if you would not like your photo re-shared.
